Superintendent

Responsible for the start-up, daily planning and supervision of onsite work. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5 years prior experience as Superintendent, as an assistant Superintendent, or have been responsible for projects on a progressively larger scale. Must be familiar with all aspects of construction, including self performed footing slab work. Background in schools construction is a plus. All projects are located in Washington, DC Metro Area and surrounding counties.
