Don Smoot


Fulfilling the role of Controller, Don joins our team with 15 years of construction industry expertise. He brings with him a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting as well as seasoned knowledge of documenting and implementing accounting procedures.
As Henley's Controller, Don manages most financial aspects including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Job Cost, General Ledger and Cash Management. He also works closely with Project Managers to ensure accurate project and financial reports.
