Barry Howard

Special Projects

Barry brought more than 38 years of experience in the construction industry when joining the Henley Construction team As a tenured project manager, Barry has extensive knowledge and experience in pre-construction, estimating, scheduling and subcontractor management. His responsibilities include team leadership and P/L, client care, value engineering, budgeting, buyout, scheduling, negotiating and change order management.

Barry has obtained certifications including LEED AP, OSHA 10 hours, Quality Control Systems Administrator Certification -USACE & NAVFAC and State of Maryland Soil Erosion and Sediment Control.
