"Not many companies are capable of completing such a complicated project on-time & within the $60,000,000 budget. It's a testament to your outstanding reputation that Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) would trust you with such an important project, and the results confirm their trust. Comparing photographs before construction with the new building transformation is incredible."

Improvements were also made to the exterior, with the addition of a full-length student drop-off/pick-up loop, a bus loop which was reconfigured, allowing for more bus queuing on site as well as the addition of 85 parking spaces near the main entrance of the school. bringing Wayside Elementary School into a complete whole (93,453 square feet) on 9.26 acres.
