Through strategic planning, setting goals and establishing objectives with the team, Henley Construction provides and maintains a safe work place for all who are involved. Our structure is strict yet empowers responsibility for safety. All Superintendents receive a minimum of OSHA 10 hour training, first aid certification, training to handle hazardous material and specific equipment certification. With our team's awareness and continued diligence, Henley Construction has become a leader in safety standards within the industry. This effort has been recognized by our numerous safety awards and outstanding EMR rating.
