• Description​The Villas project involved eight phases to deliver the Residential Living program portion of The Villages of Rockville: A National Lutheran Community. The independent living program's triplex villas are one of Rockville's most highly regarded senior living facilities. In total, 144 private units were built. The villas independent wood framed structures include living room space, bedrooms, bath, and fully functioning kitchen. Each of the buildings contains three residential units, allowing individual tenants to remain independent and self-sufficient. Villa residents also have full access to all other residential amenities and services offered at the National Lutheran Home.
