• Description​Junior Achievement Finance Park is a single story core and shell building that houses a unique educational experience for all eighth-grade students in the Fairfax County Public School System. It is the fifteenth such facility in the United States and will serve 14,000 students annually. This facility allows students to immerse themselves in reality-based financial decision making. Including interior tenant fit-out for various supporting local businesses, students practice essential household skills by developing a budget that includes housing, transportation, food, utilities, health care, investments, philanthropy, and banking. The opportunity will enable them to better navigate real-life decisions and build financial skills that are essential to a successful financial future.
