• DescriptionThe Junior Achievement Finance Park is a single story 12,433 SF facility offering unique educational experiences for Prince George's County middle school students to learn positive financial skills for life. As these young people enter the doors of JA Finance Park, they leave behind their lives as middle school students and take on a life scenario with a career, salary, credit score, debt, family and all the associated financial obligations. The design-build effort includes a structurally designed metal building system for cost and efficiency. There are curtain walls, stucco elements, metal panels, wood, glass, concrete, acoustical panels, and carpet finishes to create a sleek and modern look at the best value. Complete with a 100 seat auditorium, individual conference spaces, instructional shops for use by corporate sponsors, lunchroom and office space. This project was designed to deliver high-tech, tactile educational life experiences for all students in Prince George's County.
