The Eagles Landing Golf Course Clubhouse for the Town of Ocean City not only marks a new partnership but also demonstrates our commitment to delivering excellence through attentive collaboration and craftsmanship.

The Eagles Landing Golf Course clubhouse renovation involved a comprehensive overhaul of both its interior and exterior while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.  Work began with the demolition and replacement of the existing barrel porch roof with a gable porch.  Additionally, extensive interior demolition work took place to assess framing conditions and replace additional rotten wood discovered during the process.

We collaborated with our clients to overcome hurdles related to long lead times for the specified colored windows, convincing them to opt for the specified windows, despite the delay, to ensure long-lasting quality and avoid future maintenance issues.  We worked closely with the client addressing unforeseen challenges, such as extensive framing replacement and electrical rewiring, while maintaining a tight schedule and minimizing costs. We implemented meticulous window replacement procedures to control internal temperatures during the winter months while ensuring continuous cleanliness to accommodate ongoing golf operations and events.

Through careful planning, effective communication, and unwavering commitment to quality, we not only met but exceeded our client’s expectations.  We completed the project ahead of schedule, allowing a seamless transition into the busy golf tournament season.
