With a strong belief in the importance of teamwork and communication, Henley Construction has had the opportunity to develop strong and trusting relationships with the area's top subcontractors and project owners.

As a General Contractor, Henley Construction brings team accountability and respect. There is a certain level of loyalty and cooperation among all participating parties. Our subcontractors, with whom we have developed strong relationships over the last fifty-five years, assist us in supporting both the industry and clients we serve, to grow and achieve their dreams. Henley Construction has the ability to self-perform the following:

  • Demolition
  • Excavation
  • Concrete
  • Carpentry

We offer owners consistency, trust, and proactive solutions through our blend of experience and personal attention. As a company, we work to achieve a final product, that meets and/or exceeds the owner's expectations, on time and at or under budget. By participating in the preconstruction process, we can:

  • Recommend adjustments to achieve a higher value
  • Allow for flexibility in defining the project scope
  • Offer owner access to all construction costs to evaluate risk

The Design-Build process with Henley Construction, allows the project team to provide insights into the costs and constructability including estimating, preconstruction, architecture, schematics, engineering, subcontracting, construction, and post-construction. All elements of the project work in coordination with other members of the project team promoting high levels of communication and transparency, both imperative to the success of the project.

To successfully implement BIM, a project team must perform detailed and comprehensive planning. At Henley, a well-documented BIM project execution plan will ensure that all parties are clearly aware of the opportunities and responsibilities associated with the incorporation of BIM, into the project workflow.
