Members of the MCPS Division of Construction and Henley's team were at Silver Spring International School's back-to-school night last night, to meet the community and review the construction plans for the school's new addition. With renderings and diagrams available, including views of the finished spaces as well as current construction zones and new traffic patterns, they were able to address many questions and concerns that the school community had. We are excited to work with such a great community and build this new wing for them. We'll keep them updated throughout the course of construction with updates on construction progress. We recognize that what we build positively impacts those communities for years to come and that's what matters.#becausewhereweliveandworkmatters #community ... See MoreSee Less

Our team and guests left their mark by signing a segment of steel beam, representing the dedication and teamwork that brought us to this point. This celebration isn't just about reaching the top, it's about acknowledging the hard work, creativity, and resilience that defines our team. At the same time, our teams were celebrating the completion of Phase 2 on Louise Archer Elementary School, bringing us one step closer to providing an even better learning environment for their students. While the school was closed for the long holiday weekend, our subcontractors were working diligently to complete the final punch list items.Thank you all for the great work and for partnering successfully with Henley Construction on these projects and many more. #becausewhereweliveandworkmatter #teamwork #toppingout ...
