Montgomery College East County Education Center

The new Montgomery College East County Health Education Center renovation project involves the meticulous refurbishment of a partially demolished 55,549-square-foot space.

Key components of the project include the demolition and replacement of ten existing RTU units, installation of new ductwork, and rework of plumbing and sprinkler lines to enhance functionality and efficiency. The construction of new classrooms, computer rooms, nursing rooms, labs, offices, and break rooms to create modern, state-of-the-art learning environments.  Installation of new window blinds, flooring (carpet & LVT), millwork, operable folding partitions, doors/hardware, stainless steel toilet partitions, food service equipment, and medical gas equipment. The implementation of new fire alarms, sprinklers, plumbing (including fixtures), HVAC, electrical (light fixtures and lighting controls), and low voltage systems to ensure optimal safety and performance.  Minor exterior work including excavation, removal, and replacement of existing walkway entrance to enhance accessibility and aesthetics.

We provided seamless integration of new and existing elements to create a cohesive and functional space that meets the diverse needs of students, faculty, and staff.  Adherence to stringent quality standards and safety protocols throughout the renovation process ensured superior outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.

By revitalizing the Montgomery College East County Health Education Center, we are not only creating a conducive environment for learning and growth but also shaping a brighter future for generations to come.
