DescriptionThe Broad Run High School additions project, adding 27,000 SF with five new building additions, as well as renovations of finishes throughout the existing 200,000 SF high school. The complete renovation of the 800 seat auditorium as well as upgrades to the athletic complex including new out buildings and installation of a synthetic turf field. The work was performed in four phases while the building maintained functionality as an occupied high school throughout the project.
