DescriptionRenovation of the Gaithersburg Library expanded the original 33,700 SF structure (Built by Henley in 1981) by adding an additional 22,200 SF on the main level front, back and sides of the existing building. An additional 7,900 SF was added on a partial second and third levels that provide space for meeting, storage, and mechanical needs. A satellite office of the Charles W.
