Matt Trumble Presentation
This time in his alma-mater.  Matt was asked to speak to the students in the Construction Management program at Montgomery College.  He did a great job, powerpoint presentation and all, pretty cool for a field guy.  He spoke about his history first, then transitioned into what it takes to be a successful Superintendent.  After his presentation,

Project Manager

Qualified rough carpenters to set door frames, install roof blocking, hang doors and install hardware.  Candidate should be familiar with hardware schedules and plan reading.  Looking for a great attitude and the desire to be part of a team. 

​Concrete Laborer

Qualified laborers for concrete foundation and slab prep work.  Candidate should be able to provide for their own transportation to jobsite, have a great attitude and the desire to be part of a team.
Qualified equipment operators to perform foundation excavation, mass excavation and site demolition.  Candidate should be familiar with grades, plan reading and have experience with loaders, dozers and excavators.  Looking for a great attitude and the desire to be part of a team.
Matt Trumble
The American Subcontractors Association of Metro Washington has bestowed the great honor of awarding Matt Trumble, with Henley Construction, 2019 Superintendent of the Year. Matt started his career at Henley Construction in 2014, while he was still a full-time student at University of Maryland, Eastern Shore.  He graduated in the Fall of 2017, with a
